- Ensure the return shipment is sufficiently stamped to avoid deductions from the refund amount.
- We cannot accept damaged items or items without an intact security tag.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via shop@ochahlii.be. Return the product with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the owed amount within 14 days, provided the product is received in good condition and the tag is intact.
