For thousands of years, people have used Rudraksha for spiritual, material and medicinal purposes. It is said that the one who wears Rudraksha is protected from negative influences. The natural energy of the sacred Rudraksha beads increases concentration and mental qualities. In Ayurvedic scriptures, it is described that Rudraksha has a positive effect on the health of people. The effects of performed rituals and mantra recitation are many times more powerful when using Rudraksha.

A mala is originally a prayer chain from Hinduism and Buddhism and is used in meditation to count mantras. A mantra is a collection of words, often from Sanskrit, that is repeated several times - traditionally 108 times. In doing so, you focus on the meaning and vibration of the words, possibly combined with the associated visualization. By training yourself in a meditation exercise like this, your thoughts come to rest and your body relaxes.
